His experience started when he was just 11 years old and now stands before you as Fabio Viviani Hospitality. He is the mastermind behind several top restaurants like Seville, JARS, Signature Steakhouse, and many more! Fabio first captured America’s heart as the "Fan Favorite" on Bravo’s Top Chef and returned for All-Stars, setting the stage for his multi-platform culinary presence.
